The end of Day One

As soon as the Muster was finished, it was time for dinner. We opted for the early meal plan, which was good because we were pretty hungry by then. Our waiter Nareen kept brought us some extra desserts, which of course we had to eat. After all, we are very obedient Minnesotans.

The sun is down before 7pm, which seems odd because it’s still light at 8pm back home. The ship began leaving port right as we finished dinner, so we headed out to the front of the ship to watch the twinkling lights of Puerto Rico go by. We all turned into pumpkins a few hours later and it was lights out before 11pm.
