Ah, The Perils of Technology-Dependence

For those back home, this very sad blogspot has remained blank during my vacation due to a series of minor catastrophes. None of my making, but catastrophes nonetheless. For the first two or three days, the ship's internet access was completely down. We were finally able to get online today in the Internet Cafe on Deck 8, but the wi-fi is still down so there is zero laptop access. Unfortunately this means that I can't post any of the photos (which are cool) or descriptions (not quite as cool, but still interesting) until it comes back up again. More unfortunately, the guest services desk thought it might be another 3 days for the wi-fi . . . and by then, I'll be back in Minnesota. Monday the 27th is the return home, and the postings will go online that day.

But in case y'all are wondering, the Caribbean is fantastic (but really hot) and we're having a great time. Catch ya later!!
